Friday Random Video: Crystallize Violin in the Ice Castles at Silverthorne

This week’s hot viral video trend showcases violinist Lindsey Stirling and and her classical violin in a new type of YouTube music content that features classical music in a very progressive way.

This music video titled, “Crystallize,” has been viewed over five million times in the weeks it’s been on YouTube.

The video was filmed at artist Brent Christensen’s Ice Castles at Silverthorne, Colorado where he created ice walkways, ice formations, tunnels and arches to form a castle.

The one-of-a-kind formations range from 15 feet to almost 30 feet high and have been created from approximately 60,000 icicles and cover nearly an acre of land.
